I remembered her name during the show, but I thought she was talked about in the very 1st few years, Ziva was around for about 10 years, Vera had to be before Ziva.

Nope. She was in that group in season 11 after Ziva and before Bishop.

You referring to the one with McGee, I wasn't impressed either ... is that the one leading into the Winter Break that many networks have now, I guess its not the networks, more like the show.
