4K joey all laggy

All i was saying i wonder how the work order was written up 🤔. i told her the joey 4 and even told her the one with the one button on top how could someone confuse em:rolleyes::). i can't figure out how it happened. no way would i pay 100.00 for a4k joey :rolleyes:.. just glad it's all sorted out and fixed!!!
They can confuse them because csr has never even seen one in real life.
 
He has to stop accepting in his mind that CSRs know what they're talking about. They don't in almost all cases. Specifically, the offshore operators
Being new to a company i thought i would give em the benefit of the doubt... after that sh*t show lesson learned.. whenever a csr's lips are flapping they don't know what in the hell there talking about... i think it might be better to just find a retailer in my area i think there is one... and just contract out and buy boxes off them if i ever need to vs going through dish themselves. customer service sucks everywhere...
