4K joey all laggy

All i was saying i wonder how the work order was written up . i told her the joey 4 and even told her the one with the one button on top how could someone confuse em. i can't figure out how it happened. no way would i pay 100.00 for a4k joey .. just glad it's all sorted out and fixed!!!

They can confuse them because csr has never even seen one in real life.
