Disable DVR on Hopper Duo

I have several customers that I upgraded to Duo Hoppers, they never had a DVR, and get the receiver recording stuff, then can't change channels, it is a customer recording error. Is there a way to disable recording?

Not in the settings but it's very hard to accidentally record anything unless you left them with the 20 Seroies VIP Remotes

I get the H3 option, but they didn't have a dvr, and don't want to record.

They are doing the recordings by going in advance on the guide, then hitting select, just keep hitting select to get back. I've had 2 customers show me what they were doing

Did you not explain the Back Button?

A Hopper duo, is just a Wally with built in hard drive. Either tell them to stop setting recordings, or sell them Wallys...
