Get After It Media and Hasbro Media announce a new channel!

The new channel is going to be called "Hasbro Legends," and the new channel will air TV shows based on the Hasbro toy company's various IPs, including G.I. Joe, My Little Pony, Jem & The Holograms, Transformers and Power Rangers, which Hasbro acquired recently.

Whether this is a success remains to be seen. The last time I recall them doing a collaboration, it was a revival of The Nashville Network, and that only lasted a short time before they split, turning TNN into Heartland.

True.

I'm guessing they saw what Weigel Broadcasting and Warner Bros.-Discovery were doing with MeTV Toons and wanted to do something similar...

GAIM did something similar before called PBJ, but as a collaboration with Classic Media (now Dreamworks Classics) in the early 2010s as a short-lived animated counterpart of Retro TV...

Gray Television was more successful with their TNN clone, Circle, which was a collab with Ryman (formerly Opryland, the original TNN's former part owner), but that station has since left broadcast TV behind and is now exclusively a FAST channel known as Circle Country.

They are timeless, interesting, easy to watch, and fun to watch over and over.
