The Executive Branch has already released a large portion of the Strategic Oil Reserve and is hinting that it might suspend the federal fuel tax. Georgia, Indiana, and Utah have already suspended their state fuel taxes for 3-6 weeks.

Costco Santa Rosa is lagging RP by quite a bit at $5.849 and $6.199, respectively.

The Riverbank Costco (near Modesto) is $5.499, $5.699, and $6.999.

I read something today that Kentucky dropped their 10 cent tax on gas and the stations lowered the price by 2 cents and kept the other 8 cents for themselves.
