I read something today that Kentucky dropped their 10 cent tax on gas and the stations lowered the price by 2 cents and kept the other 8 cents for themselves.The Salem Costco is $4.899 and $5.299, respectively.
The Executive Branch has already released a large portion of the Strategic Oil Reserve and is hinting that it might suspend the federal fuel tax. Georgia, Indiana, and Utah have already suspended their state fuel taxes for 3-6 weeks.
