Yes, but technically it was 12/1/06 activity for the eastern time zone

The way my custom uplink report utility works is, it compares 2 snapshots of E*'s DVB tables. Scott had taken a snapshot earlier in the day. I covered the uplink reports last night while Scott was sleeping from a crazy day. Scott simply posted the report from his snapshot differences between Thursday and Friday AM.

I predict some descriptor flags getting flipped to 01 01 23 28.... tonight at 11pm central time.

A few of those, but there should be more just changing and some channels just disappearing.
Now that I think about it, there may not be many of those you list. Those people in Denver, Chicago, New York City and Los Angeles would not take kindly to that.

Nothing so drastic as that. NPS already has their code.

We are talking about disabling DiSH Network Distant Codes without disabling Dish Network Local codes.

If you assign it to ENG you cut off the Locals subs.

I do not normally post tier codes.

I know what you mean and it is contained in the same descriptior tag. A hint would be there does not appear to be even one channel in the entire SDT which has a different provider code than the rest.

SkyAngel doesn't have their own Provider ID.

Adding another provider ID would take sometime as all of the cards would need to be updated to unencrypt this new provider ID. The alpha and beta testing would take up a good chunk of time. This is kinda the same thing as the 09 04 provider ID Bell ExpressVU uses on the NFL channels on the weekends.
