Tips for a 5LNB install.

Hmm a friend of mine thinks there is some type of adapter available? Maybe this is something that was home made but not sure. I have get more details.

Is any switch needed to connect a slimline 5lnb to a H20 HD receiver?

Almost any standard tri-pod will accept a 2" OD mast. ALMOST any.

I checked www.solidsignal.com. They have 16 tripods for sale. Six of them are suitable for a 2"+ pole, seven are not, and three didn't say. Not exactly almost any. Just finished ordering my Direct system and wanted to know how many cables come off of the 5LNB dish? MY Dish system has two cables and wasn't sure about Directs. I am going to run the cable underground from where my Dish is setup ahead of the schedule time to install so all the tech needs to do is put the dish on the post, connect there and in the house. Thanks

The built in multiswitch has four outputs. If you need more, then you need the Zinwell 6x8 or 6x16 multiswitch.
