TWC DVR - are all outputs active all the time?

So I guess it is box-dependant, because my Moro 6416 has been operating flowlessly with HDMI going to my Plasma and components going to my LCD in the bedroom all outputting at the same time:)))))

TWC DVR - are all outputs active all the time?

I did search the giant avs forum. Unfortunately, there is no answer to my question there. Yes, it appears that component and composite, or hdmi and composite, these are open at the same time. But are component and hdmi are open? If they are, it is minus 15$-a-month on my monthly cable bill...

TWC DVR - are all outputs active all the time?

Hall, are you absolutely sure about it? I got another response on a different forum saying once you use HDMI/DVI, components may be disabled, depening on the company. Of course, I understand it will be the same thing on both tvs, this is fine with me because I am the only one watching tv anyway.

TWC DVR - are all outputs active all the time?

Hi, I asked the same question on avsforum, but, did not get the answer. I am switching from E* to TWC for various reasons. I am trying to decide how many hd cable boxes to order from TWC. I need to know if their dvr boxes support various outputs at the same time: i.e., I want to connect...

MPEG 4 Who is gonna pay for it

yep. i am watching verizon fios and other fiberoptic services closely. once the legislature clears the way for telephone companies to compete with satellite and cable, competition will drive prices down. California Assembly passed the bill 74-0 yesterday for example, that would help AT&T and...

    Question about 622 rebate

The logic tells me that since they are asking for me to wait with my 811 receiver until April, they won't phase out any MPEG2 HD that I am currently receiving until April (with exception of Universal HD and ESPN2 which are MPEG4 only)? They won't take away any of my HD channels I hope?

Where is ESPN2 HD? Am I missing something?

I am glad HDMI and components are active at the same time. I will keep my 811 for as long as they keep MPEG2 HD channels (I have both HDPACK and VOOM). Once they start phasing out MPEG2 to go to MPEG4 I will have no choice but to upgrade....

Where is ESPN2 HD? Am I missing something?

final question: my 811 sends signal through DVI and Components at the same tv (so I can watch my HDTV in 2 rooms). Does 211 support this feature or you can only use either DVI or Component
