I am being harassed by VMC about early termination. Although Dish says I owe nothing. Does anyone have the user agreement link? I know someone here sent it to me before. Thanks.

I searched through old threads but couldn't find the answer. I have RCA wireless jack and I can dial out using a phone. In my manual it says the unit will support up to 14.4kb eventhough it is NOT the phonejack/modem unit. ALso I use digital phone through my cable modem.

would a letter from my lawyer help? to the affect that they need to resolve it or justify it prior to them sending a letter to collections?

I JUST TALKED TO DISH AND THEY SAY I OWE NO EARLY TERM. FEE!!! VMC's site says "we hereby represent that DISH Network shall be the sole determining party as to what any consumer is entitled to under DISH Network's promotions". Well looks to me like I'm fine.
