Wind speeds in LA are around the 90mph range when looking at a Ballast calculation. Also it doesn't matter how "protected" the dish is, ballast calculations don't take the protection into account.
For a 2.4 I'm guessing 6 5/8...

Dee Ann, as far as the "joke" goes...you should really watch the movie it was from. "Cool Hand Luke" is a CLASSIC! For someone who likes old tv (green acres and what not) I bet you would REALLY enjoy it.

yes, the mesh dish is already down, and the channel master should be down Thursday or Friday. We are looking to free up the mounts for a flag pole, a couple wireless antennas, and a solar panel project.
