they usually have hockey night in canada on saturday - double feature - in HD on nhl network - that's some hd feeds at least. Directv has their schedule out for the next week and this is way more hd than I have seen on dish in the last year...

I can't confirm anything since I did not activate my account as of today but I asked my broker and he said: "no ppv but yes for the $50 programming credit on 1st bill" (I got the DSR505) So I assume one should be able to get the $250 for the DSR530 or I will have a not so good surprise in a month
