    I called last Saturday to get SuperFan for free. The CSR on the phone told me he would take care of it. As of now, it still doesn't show up under my Sports Subscriptions (Sunday Ticket does). How long should I wait to call back? Should it take this long to process?

    Thanks for the tip guys. I simply called up today and told them I got the postcard in the mail and wanted SuperFan for free. Since I have already signed up for ST prior to the July 31 deadline, they said it was no problem.

    A rectangle box appears in the lower right hand corner with the 771 message and to call Directv. Sometimes shows will come in and be scrambley or pixelated. But only in the morning. In the evenings, all is well. We have a tech coming out on Monday. .
