I called them, they told me they hadn't heard of the problem. They sent me a new receiver for free. Problem continued, I called them back 3 weeks after receiving the new 622. They said they hadn't heard of the problem. I told them I was on my second receiver due to this very problem. I...

The CSR's I talked to said they never heard of the problem. I don't have a replacement plan, but the sent me a replacement receiver. Same problem still occurs intermittently.

Here we go again. Happened again last night. Missed the last 5 minutes of the second period to the end of the game on my RSN. Well, at least I got to see about half the game before the bug hit.

I've yet to see it on an HD channel, though I record much more SD content than HD (since Dish won't turn on the RSN's).
