I don't understand your question. What does "at 4 minutes" mean? How are you using the autotune? Can't you set an autotune for any minute you want?

I came up with a solution or at least a work around. If I make sure the secondary swap PIP tuner is set to Channel B before I go to bed at night, I'll wake up with what I want. The Auto Tune is set for 5 am on Channel A and that works. Channel B will be on the small PIP screen in the morning...

The Hopper 3 does buffer two tuners simultaneously. If you use PIP, you can swap these two tuners and both buffers are maintained. I tried setting the autotune and the manual timer at the same time, but that doesn't work either.
