    Same for me; installed in July, sent rebate form 8/15, got phone message yesterday confirming rebate approval. They said I should start seeing it in 4 weeks.:)

    how to download from dvd

    I had my 510 and do have my 622 connected to a dvd recorder. I set off the movies recorded on the dvr and hit record on the dvd recorder. Both receivers connected to the dvd recorder via s-video and composite audio.

    I have the 622 and am loving it! Had a 3xx and then went through all of the buggy 500 series (had a 510 replaced 5 times!) and now, with the 622, I am a happy dish customer once more! I have it connected to a Sony 34XBR800 and what an awesome picture! By the way, check out the Dish'n It Up...

    Dish Network Dolby Digital

    If the program info shows 'DD', you should be getting Dolby. I had a 510 hooked up to my Pioneer receiver via optical and had no problem getting Dolby Digital.

    Fast busy when calling Dish this morning

    The 'phonebots' are probably all on break!:devil: Actually, I just dialed 800.333.3474 and got through, no problem.
