nothing pisses me off more than not being able to receive all of my ota channels. Ive been contacting directv about this but cant make any headway. they need to update their channel database to reflect all channels within 75 miles of any zipcode so that you can receive all channels in your area.

I believe the 30 day window only applies to new customers, or so I was told by directv. had I been a new customer I most certainly would have canceled.

ive read a few times that it is tied to the unit and wont work in any other receiver.

I think the problem is directv related. alot of the audio seems to be out of sync.
