dish installed new cable from switch to rcvr on both rcvrs when they did the install. 1 811 is working normally, the other one only finds 110 but displays no programming.

I have tried for 2 Saturday's now, but all I get is the audio of the football game not the picture. The picture I get is the dish home and all it's selections. How do I get to see the video?

I use a harmony 659 to control my dish 811, comcast cable box, onyko rcvr, dvi switch, samsung dlp tv and samsung dvd player. To use it with the 811 I had to remove the uhf antenna from the back of the 811.

Try going into the installers menu and do a rescan for your local channels
