    Thanks for the tip. I was careless and didn't check all the channels. I figured, hey, if it showed 5 or 6 HD channels, why wouldn't it show the rest...Life lessons...I'll call them up and see what happens. Unless others here know of a quick fix...

    Thanks, i guess it's trivial now that I called up dish again and spoke with retention again. They admit making a mistake in not telling me that the 811 won't pick up the new channels i'll be subscribing to(bronze) and they'll waive the $49.99 fee to replace my 811 with the 211. I'm very excited...

    When opening the set up, its it very sensitive? i'm just deadly afraid of messing up any of the TV components. i can't believe a freaking spider can crawl in there. but then again, there are large vent holes in the back of the Tv. i'm surprised this hasn't happend to more people.
