    Need help with HD Channels

    Rupert, this may be a stupid question. But, I do get the congrats screen on 498. However, I get the ok for the converter on 480, but a searching for sat signal message on 481. Does that mean I have one bad converter?

    If you are having trouble...

    I'm having a slightly different problem. Only about half of the new HD channels are coming in on my HR20. I get Starz and Smithsonian just fine, for example, but I go to TBS and I get a grey screen and "searching for sat signal" message. Not sure what this means.

    Need someone's expert opinion. If I have 9301 showing up fine, but 9300 giving me a grey screen and searching for signal on Sat 1 message, does that mean I have one bad b-band?

    I'm very eager for Volume 2 to begin. I was a latecomer to Heroes, watching half the season on iTunes and the other half on my DVR, but quickly became addicted. The show did a nice job of setting up this year's super-villain, with the fear displayed by the child with human tracking...

    Having constant audio dropouts on NFL-ST HD channels

    I had a little audio dropout during the Packers-Chargers game, not nearly as frequent as every 30 seconds, and certainly nothing serious enough to deem "unacceptable."

    How Do I Know

    I get a little of everything. 480 gives me a "searching for signal" message. 481 tells me my B-Band is working. 498 earlier gave me the congratulatory message, but not has the "searching for signal" message.
