It was the uplinker who submitted to Lyngsat.

If one chooses S2 it will scan both; if you choose DVB-S it will only scan DVB-S.

They have a server based at every station. No satellite feeds. No two stations are playing the same video at any time either.

It is up to the uplinker to place a chroma info descriptor in the stream.
