This is the way the website has always been. As SportBilly said, FSC HD is still listed under Top 120+ and Top 250 with the disclaimer that it isn't available in Top 200.

FWIW, I "think" you can add the multi-sport package to the Dish Latino packages for $7/mo. This would give you NFL and NBA. No Tennis, though.

I had the same issue a couple of nights ago on my 622 (blank HD channels on one tuner but not the other). A reboot solved the problem.
