I've used Boost Mobile for over five years prior to Dish conversion without any problems, now I have to use CDMA instead of CDMA/LTE service in order to send messages with attachments. I'll have to change to another service because of this !!!!!

Once or twice a month my TV and stereo come on in the middle of the night. I have a Hopper 3

Evidently Dish has changed their feed, last night I was getting the message TV not compatible with HDR on the the non HDR channel, now it's working and I have not changed a thing.

It goes through a Denon 4k avr so does the Hopper 3

I click on the non hdr channel 540-1 and it says not supported even though I used to watch this channel for 4K before they switched to hdr requirement. I have all the right equipment, I watch 4K from my fire tv cube with no problem.

Will I be able to watch the super bowl if my 4K TV doesn't have HDR. Before I haven't been able to watch any 4k content because my 4k TV doesn't have HDR. When Dish first started broadcasting 4k content I was able to watch it on my Hopper 3, then they changed to the HDR requirement and my TV...

I had to stop using the new remote to turn off my system. Twice after I started using the new voice remote my TV turned on in the middle of the night. I went back to the old remote and it hasn't happened since. The new remote puts the Hopper in a countdown for 5 minutes before the Hopper shuts...

Got message saying to unplug Hopper to reset.

My Joey 2 kept loosing it Moca connection to my Hopper 3. I plugged it in to my Network using its ethernet jack and unscrewed the coaxial connection and the problem disappeared. Evidently the ethernet network connection is more stable that the Moca connection.

Is it possible to get local guide data without having a local package. I would rather use my OTA adapter and not have to pay $10 for locals.

Update: I told my neighbor to call dish to have his dish aligned, too much rain fade. When the tech came today to align the dish, he told him the story of not being able to get an Hopper3 upgrade, he said that was crazy since he was doing updates for Hopper3 in homes like his everyday. The tech...

Got mine installed and noticed 2 things missing, caller ID history and CEC on-off icon. Joey 2 has rebooted a couple of times when turning on.. Also specs says Hopper 3 comes with a model 50 voice remote but mine came with a model 52 instead.Will I get one free when the model 50 is available?
