Our wifi is encrypted and I log in and can use ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox and Netflix, but not Dish. Dish support states their app. should also work, but it doesn't.

I have everything checked except for Sundays. I move everything I want to keep at 4:30 am every morning after I get my morning coffee. Still no auto-hop and programs are disappearing now. Only 18% of DVR used.

I am in the San Antonio, Texas city area, Bexar County and everyone uses dish down here with no issues.
