I am considering coming back to D* and I will most likely get an HR-20 for one TV, but I have a 3 year agreement on one of my Tivos (2 years left). I wonder if anyone is using the SD outputs from an H20 to feed a Tivo and if the HD channels come in in proper aspect ratio and look good.

I don't have a problem doing that, but how would I handle the order? Just do it all through Best Buy or CCity?

Confusion OK, does this have anything to do with single mode versus dual mode? Or, can you cycle through formats on TV2 using the "*" key? Do you have this control on TV2 like you do on TV1?

Can you point me in the direction of information on doing this? I have a whole house media distribution box in my basement that would definitely make my life easier if I could locate all boxes in one area. Are you still able to get stereo sound, etc?

I am still probably going to pull the trigger. I'll have to be more careful about what I choose to record in HD.
