Thanks for the reply. I'd replaced the batteries with no result. Took them out and parked the unit for about 12 hours. Put the same batteries in this morning and everything is fine.

Solved I let the unit sit without batteries for 12 hours. Everything is working again. Stuck bit? Static? Don't know, but it's working again on the same batteries, which were the first things I tried when it started acting up.

Thank you to all who helped with this, but in particular thank you and kudos to 3HaloODST who hit the nail on the head. Programmed one of the 21 remotes to address 3 and then saved it to the receiver, then programmed the other 21 and the 4.0 to address 3 as well. Bingo! Perfection. :)
