    722K-L655 Software

    My 722k has been freezing up then rebooting while watching recorded programs. It's happened about 5 times in the last 2 days. I checked and I have L655. I've tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, and also tried doing a check switch. Still freezes up and reboots.

    Avoid receiver lease fee?

    I have one receiver (vip 622) on my account. Should I be charged the $7 leased receiver fee? I chatted with support and they said that I get charged that because I have an HD DVR. Thanks!

    Showtime Rebate

    I did the rebate last year using my online bills. I got a letter stating that I had to submit the original bill to quality for the rebate. I called them and told them I only had access to my online statement and they said they'd mail the check right away. I received it within a week.

    I've experienced the same issue on my 622. I've noticed it on 129 even though my signal strength is stronger than it used to be (it's around 55). And I've experienced it while watching recorded programs.

    I've been having the problem with losing the 129 signal for several weeks now. I'm in Tucson, AZ. I spoke with tech support online and they told me to check all my connections from the dish to the receiver. I'll have to contact them again...I guess the best that could be done is see if the dish...

    Dish Network and Vonage (program access fee)

    My 622 works well with Vonage, including caller ID and ordering PPV. I have Vonage set to the high bandwidth setting, so I didn't need to use the *99 (which switches it to high bandwidth on a per-call basis).
