I heard that HBO was actually in the clear for the first ten years (1975-1985) but unless it's some bit of some preview shows I doubt they'd let this one slip like some have with feeds.

my best bet to answer that question would be to ask any advertisers who the cut the check to... keep in mind that the copyright laws aren't always black and white overseas. For example under the FCC rules you cannot say various words (remember George Carlin's old bit) on radio or tv...

I've heard that SAP might enable some channels to get a bit in english! Also are there any around that have closed captioning? I know how to read the lyngsat listings that show what languages are where (usually e for english, sp for spanish etc)
