i miss voom! My wife actually misses it too. she really enjoyed the Voom exclusives like Gallery. i haven't the heart to go back to cable (SD really sucks), and dish seems to be holding back on Voom. i check up on this forum to see if anyone has found something better, but nothing yet...

i actually stopped work on my home theater when i got Voom. now i have all this time to work on it again. it will give me time while i wait for mpeg 4 to settle out. i guess we'll have a cheap 1080p display by then too ;)

looks like a lot of us are watching cartoon network :) i noticed the blocking earlier also. i hope it's resolved by the time fullmetal alchemy and GiTS:SAC is on now that my wife has taken the remote, HGTV looks pretty good for SD. color, sharpness.

i'm actually waiting for the PVR to come out so i can pass the current box off to my wife. You're right, SD on my projector (109" diagonal) is a terrible thing to waste.

hmm. can voom deliver adult swim from CN in HD? specifically shows like "Ghost in the Shell", and "Cowboy Bebop"?
