Hey guys. I upgraded to the hopper back in November. When we are watching something on our DVR and fast forward through a commercial, when you go to hit play, it skips ahead up to 10 minutes, it dont start playing at the point when you hit play. Is this a common problem? Will any updates...

My father somehow bargained it with them about a year ago, he does not have auto pay and got it free! Im thinking of switching over to ATT uverse and this is one last ditch effort to see if there are any other options, but I guess it sounds like I will have no luck!

On the point dish menu screen, what do I set The tuner input to, 1 or 2? What transponder should I select, it seems to keep going back to transponder 19 on its own when I go back to the point dish screen
