Hello. I have had 5 or 6 Dish receivers in Test Mode. When I call A CSR to find out if there is a way to get it out of "test mode" I am told NO it needs to be RAed. Is this true? Can Test mode be reset or is it a foul up at dish when they do a referb? Thank you for your time. Monk.

Several of our customers have received a mailer direct from Dish that offers them, a Free 722 DVR among other things.. If we have to charge our own customers $100.00 for a 722 how can we compete with Dish for a FREE one? Mike
