    Thank you T4Runner and i am not paying any attention to the naysayers......haha......have two 8ft set up now..... 1 in the front of the house and 1 in the backyard.....this one will be for testing what i can bring in with a meduim size dish......would not consider this a mini dish as most people...

    refurbishing 4.5 sat dish okay here are the pictures of the dish and mount. the blacked out portions and the red out i did so no one accuses me of promoting the sat dealer. Also what type of paint can i use on this fiberglass dish. can it be sanded and what grit number should i use.

    thanks guys for your reply back,have not messed with the dish yet........was wondering about norsat 8525 lnbs seen some on for about 65.00. I understand the 8115 or 8215 are recommend but for about 100. ea. a little steep right now. Would that be a better choice of lnbs.

    well guess now i have to wait as my mapmaster program is now crashing in windows 7. I installed usbjtag on a windows xp laptop but couldnt install mapmasters.......back to the drawing board. Mapmasters program is now crashing when i select load master maps.
