I live in NE NC and had to have a 500 dish installed to receive HD locals from the Tidewater VA area. They were coming in on 61.5 and I had a high signal. Today out of the blue they are on 129 and a very low signal. Is this a permanent change or will they change back? anyone's help is...

I live in NE NC and on the advise of several of you, I covered up the 129 on my 1000.2 and use the 61.5 to get my HD and locals. It worked great and now that 129 is now stronger do I need to uncover it or leave it as is because of my location in the US?
