I got the blue number 2 remote working just on Tv2. I cant get the green remote to operate TV1. Also somehow i have the remote adresses the same for both remotes. How do i change this?

I received the my remotes for my newly upgraded 522. It was a kit that contained 2 blue remotes that you have to program one remote to work on TV1. I let my neighbor who"Knows All About E*" program a remote for TV1. Needless to say both remotes are working BOTH TV's. Any suggestions? Neither...

Just got back on my account on the website. I hadn't been able to log on all day. Now it says 69.00 to have it shipped or 119 to have it professionally installed. Thats a cahnge, i thought you was stuck with the installatiom fee.

I just got off the phone with CS about upgrading from a 322 to a 625. The rep looked at his computer and tells me is would be 120 dollars to upgrade. I logged on to my account on the website and it stated that the exsisting customer upgrade would be around 99 dollars. Am i missing something...

I have 2 dishes i was wanting to mount to a steel water pipe. I bought some muffler clamps to mount the second dish on the pole and ran into a problem. The clamps are to wide for the two holes that are in the mounting foot. The water pipe is 1 5/8 and the clamps are 1 5/8 x 5/16. Is their a way...

Got my D10 today i ordered off of e-bay. I took it out of the box and plugged it in to see if it would power up. The green light would come on and then go off after about 10 seconds. I have no way to test it further because i really wont need it for another month or so. Should the light go off...

What transponder should i be on to peak my phase 3 dish for 119? The instructions says to peak on 23.25,29,or 31 but LyngSat only shows transponders 22,24,26,27,28,30,31,32. Thanks

Getting ready for my D* installation. I have a phase 3 dish and a 18" dish for my locals. Not sure when to run auto configure. Should i auto configure when i am done installing the phase 3 or when i am done peaking the 72.5 dish?

Any difference in the quality of how the dish is made on the WNC dishes vs. one like KTI?
