I know I called Dish about it and they said they could not comments on products they don't sell directly and had no information on when they would even have the item. I wish Dish did sell it directly only because all the current retailers are marking it up at least $10 over Dish's MSRP.

I wonder if Dish realized there is a hardware problem and sent it back to the drawing board. Would explain why Dish no longer offers it for sale and their response to availability questions is they don't know when they will have it again.

Looking at pic 1, it shows you connected to the HopperGO WiFi network. You can't transfer shows while connected to the HopperGo WIFI network. Your HopperGo needs to be connected to your received via USB and you need to be connected to your local Wifi network and not the HopperGo WiFI network.
