Thanks for the good idea. I actually already replaced the splitter with a brand new one and still had the exact same problem. Seems weird that 7 of the 8 tuners are working on one splitter. The HR24 that has one non-functional tuner on 1x4 splitter but works fine on the 1x8 splitter.

I have a SWM16 wired as shown in the attached diagram. Is there any advantage to using the IRD port on power adapter vs the SWM2 port? Currently, the IRD port is just open. If I terminate the IRD port, everything stops working. Thanks for the advice.

Same exact issue here. I have had the HR24 for a few months but this is a new problem on one of the receivers. I reset it a couple of times and it seems better now.
