    New HR20

    I had mine installed about 6 months ago. When they did the inital setup, the receiver updated the software 3 times in a row. The installer thought there might be something wrong with the receiver, but everything worked out fine after the last download.

    Finally - the SLIMLINE ODU is coming out

    XM Radio 5.1 Suround

    In the latest edition of Sound and Vision magazine they have a whole article of how XM transmits their 5.1. They use some new type of encoding method so you'll have to buy a new audio tuner that has the ability to decode it.

    I just ordered one today. Install's on Wednesday. Spoke to several csrs about the Mpeg 4 upgrade and having to pay again for another receiver. I was told by three different people that when the switchover happens, they will swap out receivers for free.

    Directv Renames 2 Starz Channels (SD)
