I am not at home currently, but I did go back to the web site and the channel lineup seems to be correct now.

I also noticed there were channels that I watch that weren't listed on the site. I called up and found out that all of the channels I watch were included. I switched to the entertainment package yesterday and all my favorite channels are still there. In particular, SYFY and FX are included.

Which Satellites and which tuners should I report numbers on. When I look I think they look good, but I might not be looking at the right ones. I don't if this matters for where I am pointed, but I am in Cleveland Ohio.

Done That I have unplugged it and everything else under the sun. Since the Customer Service lady had me select save on the screen it saved the configuration with 119 no there anymore. Is there anyway to get the box to see 119 again ?
