Just made the switch from top 250 to DISH HD only. My monthly bill is now $40.98, and I am only going to miss BBC America (hopefully HD startd up soon in time for Top Gear). Quite a saving for me, wife is happy too.

I currently have the VIP622, but an thinking about buying another box (Vip211) from a private seller. If I do, do I need to let DISH know so that they can allow my box to see the signal? thx

utter crap. I got the update, but when I go to the menu screen and select an option (DISH Theater for example) it sits there on "processing your request, please wait".. but nothing gets populated. After 2 mins it times out and the screen goes back to the TV. Ans yes I am connected correctly...

Alos, the email says the feature is coming in time for the holidays, but on the website, its says its coming in Spring.

A friend of mine had channels changing erratically. It came down to the neighbor accidentally changing it via the remote 2. I would change the Freq. of the remote 2 to rule this out.

Their website is so full of holes.... i can't add AEP to my shopping basket, only the 200. If i go to the AEP page and click on "click here to compare packages" it shows the channel listings with the OLD names (60, 120 180 etc). Do they even test?

I added "Page Up" & "Page Down" on the first page of the LCS screen... helps in navigating the Guide. Also added "DVR", "Live", "PIP" & "Swap"

My 520 works perfect too. And I got it for $60 off www.ecost.com or you can get it for $100 in Target / Walmart / Home Depot. Harmony remotes are awesome, 4 of my friends have got them thru recommendations from me.
