Oh another question. I got the final bill today. It says -$15.55 So will DISH credit back that to me on my credit card or write me a check or do they keep that? If they usually keep that, it's fine. I'm not going to hassle them over $15 but I was just curious.

Or they could have it off all the time and the day before you're scheduled to go out there, the customer could plug it in and power it up so it updates the day before and you're not spending any time updating when you're actually there.

I agree with the last poster, could be overheating. I've had my 722K since 2011 and when I got it would always freeze until somebody here recommended a USB fan to pull air out of it and cool it (thanks to whoever recommended that). I just put it over the vent on the back left side. It worked...
