I did a self-install with a 211k receiver and want to activate the Welcome Pack only on a pay as you go service. I called in to do it and the rep/agent said that they couldn't do it, that you already had to be a customer to get the Welcome Pack. Please help, tell me how I can do this, can I do...

What if you don't do touchscreens, and you don't know Android from Deltoid? But, you just want to scan everything for any signals you can get, radio, tv, sat, and IP, and do some web browsing too! Would this A3 be good for me? How is the blind scanning? ... sorry to hijack the thread ;)

I have both an X2 and HDVR1200... for me, the X2 works better, but I only use the basic functions, none of the "features". Basically I scan and tune and watch TV. For that the X2 seems more responsive and more intuitive in the controls(remote keys). So easy to switch to a Sat, delete all TP's...
