I get all the commercial networks OTA in digital high definition (when available) from my local broadcast stations. I use a Master Channel 153" boom on the roof. The OTA tuner is stable and recording fine after testing it out many times over last nite and today. I subscribe to Dish locals only...

I got my 921 re-released replacement receiver Friday and it works quite nicely. No re-boots, no freeze-ups, no problems.

Got mine Friday.....working perfectly! I know it's just a receiver, but everyone is passionate about their toys.

When the shipping starts up again on the 921, will the current subscribers with dead 921's be taken care of first? What do you think? fox

Barry, I think they will honor the warranty. They are back-ordered due to some hardware change. That was hear say from a tech at Dish. fox

Hi all, Well it's one week now and Dish still has not shipped my replacement unit for my DOA unit sitting on the floor. I asked if I should return my DOA unit to the retailer and they said no, that I would get a unit faster through their RA dept. And then they said the 921 was back...

All the controls on the unit and on the remote were unresponsive. I had a green power lite, blue hd lite, and a orange sd lite all at once. When you push the sd button or the hd button the lites just stay on....nothing. The screen does show booting stand-by and you wait, and wait.....then goes...
