If you want the TV to upscale, then just set Native on. With Native off, the client is going to be upscaling!

Not to nit-pick, but a T1 is only 1.544Mbps. Even using H.265/HVEC, a 1080p is 5Mbps, so you're not going to be streaming any HD, let alone 4k, over a T1!

Correct. If you get a HR20, you'll have a single OTA connection just like the E* 622/722. If you get a HR21, it does not have OTA, however it does have an addon box coming that adds dual OTA capabilites.

Nope. Your two best bets would be a wireless bridge for game consoles (they're basically wireless to ethernet bridges) or powerline adapters.
