Panasonic TVs return to the US with a huge 85 inch Mini LED screen

This could be interesting. My friend is an ISF Charter Member and is contracted by Dolby Vision for manufacturer certification. He has high praise for the Panasonic OLED. I haven't heard much on the LED. It seems to be priced right around the Sony Bravia 7, which I have been eyeing to replace my...

On paper this looks like a really great set. MSRP is $1999 for the 65" and $2999 for the 75" Current pricing places it higher than Sony's 950G which I own and love. TCL Teams Up with Best Buy to Deliver Most Advanced Roku TV to Date – The All-New Premium 8-Series S~

    Denon AVR-X1600

Picked up one of the new X1600's to pair with my new Sony 950G and my Energy Take 5 Classic speakers in my bedroom set up. It is replacing the older Denon S930. 2 things I wanted that the 930 doesn't offer are phono inputs and eARC. As always, Denon set-ups are super easy. Basically "How to Set...

Wowza. Had my set calibrated today by Robert Busch. He is contracts with Dolby. He knows everything there is to know about calibrations and DV. I liked my set before, but I really love it now.
