Does voom plan on adding any international channels when they do the big upgrade in march?

i started voom dec03 and there were no other voomers in my neighboor hood, now i see voom dishes everywhere! I have seen at least 10 new voom dishes in a two mile radius from home. i think when the sub numbers come out they will be substantial.

Is the RF channel scan memory stored in the OTA tuner module or is it in the motorolla receiver?
