    RC64R remote only turns off AV receiver, but cant turn it back on

    Anyone have any idea how I can get the RC64R Directv remote to be able to turn on my Harmon/Kardon AV146 receiver? On the original receiver remote, there is a dedicated on switch and an off switch. When I program the RC64R remote, it only is able to turn off the receiever, yet not turn it back...

    Is it possible to have one IR remote and one RF remote to be used in the HR21-700 at the same time? All i know now is that the box can either be set to IR or RF but not both. Am i wrong?
