from what i here only VOD and PPV is gonna be Turbo. I have the same package as you minus the sports and CSR told me i have turbo. All my HD channels are still 1080i so i guess it is only for VOD and PPV.

size matters ill have to agree with gweedo, i just got HD hooked up on my 32" LCD in my bedroom, and i must say the pic quality is noticeably better than on my 55" in the livingroom.

If all the towers are 5 miles from you as you say I would pay radioshack a visit and get one you install on the roof, all my towers are within 30 miles and i pull them all in easily. Lots of trees here so my antenna sits 20 feet above my roofline. Plus i use it for FM, works great.

I enjoy Vooms original content, but I think my favorite HD channel is PBSHD OTA. great shows and the PQ is above and beyond anything on dish.

ok i will agree that (woohoo) fast motion is better on 720p though i have yet to see any jitters on my CRT RPTV @ 1080i and I love my sports. But again when your lookin at 11500 more pixals with 1080i.......
