I take it that this DD issue is one that a receiver either decodes the signal or doesn't? While my receiver decodes the TOS link signal, it sometimes is out of sync with the video (mostly on HD sources, OTA and SAT). Is this a related issue or a totally different one?

What about SD on digital stations. Sometimes the video looks "choppy", like a low bit rate mpeg. I watched the tonight show on NBC last night and the audio was in perfect sync.

How did you qualify for CBS? That's the channel I want the most because I'm about 100 miles from the nearest CBS HD local. I'll never get it OTA unless I put up a very tall antenna. Did you get a waiver from your local CBS station?

How are you guys getting around "there is no upgrade offer for DHP customers"? I talked to a CSR & a supervisor who said it is impossible for a DHP subscriber to get this upgrade offer. Only the $399 retail price was available.
