I understand, but how does Apple/itunes notify dish? how can they possibly figure out the connection between something purchased on itunes and a dishnetwork account ???

How does Dish automatically get notified by Apple that you have purchased this app, so they can process the $29.99 reimubursement towards your dish account,,, I just dont get it.... Has anyone recieved a refund from Dish for this ??? :confused: (this is what Im talking about ) iPhone / iPod...

Trying to log into my account to access my 922,,, but it keeps asking me for log-in info with a pop-up window, AFTER Im already logged in,, and it will just keep denying in it and go into a loop Anyone else having the same issue ???

Any ideas when this will come out and how much !??? :)

Well I had a similar problem,,,, only mine wouldnt let me delete the damn thing. I started recording a show while at work using sling. When I got home it was still recording. So I tried to stop it and it would NOT. So I did a hard reset,,, it stopped recording but would NOT let me delete...

Same here,,, Search didnt work the first 2 days but now it works great. I love how you can search for an actor too....

The ONLY issue I have had with mine since it was installed Thursday morning is that the system has rebooted itselm 3-4 times for no reason,,,, and usually when it does this reboot, it takes it 2-3 times each to get back to normal... Other than that, its been working flawlessly.

I paid $200 for the 922, $15 for installation by adding the service contract $6 for service contract $25 for cancelling service contract. Total $246.

but the other 2 added, will only be the local OTA channels ? or ALL my channels??? Sorry for the dumb question(s):o

you have to purchase separately at $29.99 Does DishRemoteAccess do the same as slingplayer mobile or only gives you access to the channel setup and DVR control?
