    Thanks, I tried that with my 2 HR receivers and it didn't help. Should I shut everything down, router, modem, and receivers and then reboot? It has to be something with the new modem like you said. Do I manually have to put in the routers or modems IP address?

    I didn't have to go through any of that. I just told the guy I don't want to update but I want the service and he activated it and in 5 minutes after I did a reset everything was fine.

    I have a HR22 and a HR23 and they both are very slow. You change the channel and it's a few second delay before it changes. Seems like it's worse than it was when I got them a couple months ago.

    The last week or so when I turn my TV and receiver on the display is pink and there is no sound. I do a reset and it's fine. Not a big deal just takes a while to reset. Happens every other day or so. Any ideas?

    I have 1 HR23 and 1 HR22 and they both have IF/RF remotes. I don't think anyone really knows when the 24's are coming out for sure. Also you wont know what HD receiver you will get. You can not request one over the other. It all depends on what the local installer has. Good luck Mark

    Thank you. I've been trying to find out for a month now and no one would tell me that. Is that every Friday or Saturday? So the 6 H23 receivers that I have if I reboot each of those receivers during that period I will get the update? Thank you very much for speaking plain english...lol
